It's amazing to me that the project coordinators, the Smith Parker Law Firm (www.smithparker.com), and Jim Grube of Hennepin County didn't take this into consideration. I'd say it's pretty clear based on community sentiment and the fact that the bicyclists WILL be on Lake Street that the planners need to accomodate this reality in the re-design process.
