Well, sure, all that stuff is nice to have, although most of it is readily available on the internet. But I don't see why it's necessary to have it, or why a "great city" needs such services. I think it's much more important to keep longer hours at the libraries. I wish there had been a scenario D to drop the research function and keep the hours up.
