He has persevered, and survived three (as I recall) government audits. Let us wait and see what he has to say, and do, in the court room before we convict him and count him out. I have heard him offer a very vigorous defense, and explanation, to the MPRAC crowd. They were highly skeptical of this Black man; until they heard him speak, and share his story.
