Thank you Dean. I do understand all the laws but I just find it interesting that journalists and activists alike have been talking with people there and it appears that there are no caucasians at the time and only Southeast Asians and African American families (at least in one particular section of the entire Park. I certainly hope I am wrong and you are right although I do understand about the waiting lists and those waiting to move back from the previous projects, etc. For now, Annie Young East Phillips (where at least 70 nations are all mixed and matched together on every single block in our small section of the world).
