Michael Atherton's and Ann Berget's comments on Carol Johnson's contributions to the Minneapolis public schools suggest that both are strongly committed to quality public schools and highly knowledgeable about strategies that best move our schools toward this worthy goal.
I would find it very helpful if Michael and Ann would continue their exchange of views by discussing a few key issues that they feel should be given priority attention by a new Minneapolis superintendent and offering some evidence that such priority issues can be addressed effectively. Thanks.
