Believe me, Michelle, as a former employee of the Hennepin County Court System (16 years!), I can tell you that some judges on the bench definitely believe they're above reproach! Some are good, too, but the others are pretty weird -- it's like they think they're kings or something. One told me it was my responsibility to point out a spot on his tie or he'd fire me! I'm not kidding -- it was in an interview for an administrative clerk position. I decided to stay in my other position ..... with the one who eventually fired me for being a whistleblower because I dared to question the perks they received on top of their then $85,000 salaries. So before my untimely departure, I uncovered a half a dozen or so of them who'd fixed some parking tickets and shared my findings with a reporter at the Star Tribune. I was allowed to leave a little earlier than planned <grin> Oh, I could tell stories ................
