[Mpls] Until next National Night Out, 2004

Tomorrow, August 6, is the anniversary of the 1961 Voting Rights Act. 
(Credit goes, I think, to Lyndon Johnson.) It broke the back of Jim 
Crow. If every person on this list of 900 or so people were to dedicate 
the year until next National Night Out to getting two new voters from 
among people of color--any color will do, so long as they are citizens. 
In August of 2004 we would have a minimum of 1800 new voters.
This is a challenge to list members.
