Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will deliver his second budget address Thursday, August 14 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Room 317 City Hall, 350 S. 4th St. The City's 2004 budget will be released at that time. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. The address will be broadcast live on Minneapolis cable channels 14 and 79 and live on the web at http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us. It will also be archived on the City's website and replayed on cable on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings for the next month.
