I think it is important to note that the Harmon Historic District will not affect just deep pocket property owners like Billy Graham or the University of St. Thomas. This district will also have a negative impact on smaller business and property owners as well.
The Graham headquarters appears to be a recently constructed building. How could it be historic? Anyone got an answer?
