There's been enough discussion about lawsuit threats. Please end the discussion. Also, I think the lawsuit threat itself should be of interest to list members as it highlights in a very direct manner a documented strategy of litigation. When I say documented, I am referring to the story Tom Leyden did on channel 9 a few years ago. After pulling Basim Sabri's litigation record, Tom made not of several interesting suits, and referred to Basim as "very litigeous".
