My concern is that these would just become nests for spawning SPAM onto the Internet.Just wanted to let you know that I initiated a process where the Minneapolis Park System would start exploring providing WI-FI internet access to Minneapolis citizens through the park system. . . . To be useful to citizens, they would have to be open (no security, password, etc.), unlike the security & privacy controls that are now being quickly added to corporate Wi-Fi sites. But that means that anyone could come by and use our publicly-paid for bandwidth to send out SPAM, porn, etc. while lounging around in our beautiful parks.
Do you have any plans to prevent or deal with this possibility?
