Unless private money is used to pay for 100% of this, I can't believe that minneapolis go for it. In a time of serious, I mean serious budget cuts, this is something that minneapolis simply does not need. Most people do not have laptops. I can't believe the average citizen of this city would want their money spent on this. The park board should be more concerned about simple maintenance of our park system, not whether or not a person can access the internet from a laptop in a park.
