MN: Is he paying for his own phone line? If so, I would say it's his
responsibility.
If you are paying, tell him to get in line for one of the other phones
and quit whining.
Air conditioning? Sounds like the heat really has gotten to him. Fried
his brain.
Judging from what I know of you,I'm guessing you are probably giving
this guy a heck of a deal rentwise, and this is the thanks you get?
Get rid of him before he starts suing you.
