I agree with the quote from CM Gary Schiff:

"The city does not focus its resources there, but we've got development going on all 
over the rest of the city."

I have expressed similar concerns to Mayor Rybak as well.

I firmly believe if the City of Minneapolis makes the 
Jordan Neighborhood a priority for ecomomic development it
will have a significant impact.
