The Red Lines shift with population shifts. The quiet discrimination of banks, insurers (home and auto and casualty), mortgage lenders, appraisers, and real estate brokers/sale reps is how we've balkanized the urban core of Minneapolis, St. Paul and all urban centers. So subtle is it that no one seems to know when or how it's being implemented.
