The city of Minneapolis no longer has the resources to track down automobile hit and run perpetrators where no personal injury is involved. This means Minneapolis residents now have to track down the miscreants and/or their insurance companies in an attempt to recover their deductible (if the resident has physical damage insurance coverage) or body and glass repair expenses (if the resident does not have physical damage insurance coverage).
