Hi, While I'm used to passing through the gauntlet of dealers, thugs and wannabees who hang in front of the Nicollet Mall side of City Center, an incident I had this PM takes the cake: walking into Marshalls, I literally had to step over a guy sitting on the ground, rolling a blunt! Needless to say, there was no store security or MPD anywhere around. When are the powers-that-be going to recognize that more dope is dealt around the City Center than any other place downtown?
