The northeast co-op is making good progress getting ready to open--is that 20xx Central? the Holy Land Deli block--but
the sign on the construction fence is wrong. The auto parts shop is now open for businesss at St. Anthony Plaza just off New Brighton Boulevard, and it's in a new, clean beautiful store. I have no idea if or when they plan an opening, but at least people don't have to go all the way up to 37th for the odd taillight bulb and really good car wax. Not a biggie for some of you, but for us southeasters and near northeasters, going to St. A is good and easy. By the way, the fellow at the discount bread store back at 20th and Central looks lonely. He'll have more company once the co-op opens, but for now, why not load up your freezer. Emilie Quast SE Como REMINDERS: 1. Think a member has violated the rules?
