Small business good, big box bad. Resist. No TIF. No corporate welfare. No eminent domain.
Have micro loans to encourge small business. Keep ownership and money and jobs in this area, small enuf they can't bully government, or relocate. It is our interest to benefit our community, not absentee billionaires (eg the Wal+Mart family).
