Small business good, big box bad. Resist. No TIF. No corporate welfare. No
eminent domain.

Have micro loans to encourge small business. Keep ownership and money and
jobs in this area, small enuf they can't bully government, or relocate.

It is our interest to benefit our community, not absentee billionaires (eg
the Wal+Mart family). Time to stop sacrificing to the Horatio Alger idea
that it's best to have a few get super-rich while all the rest of us sink
slowly into poverty (eg cuts in schools and libraries, less health
insurance and pensions, longer working hours).
