No, it's not money from the neighborhood coffers; it
is taxpayer dollars from a variety of governmental
units, including the city of Minneapolis.  The point I
was trying to make when I hastily wrote that post is
that such a large amount of public dollars and the
"pound of flesh" paid by the neighborhoods in the form
of a bigger freeway, more traffic, fewer residences,
fewer businesses, etc. is an even worse investment
when Allina is not committed to remaining in the
neighborhood. (not to be confused with Abbott
Northwestern, who may or may not be).  Allina had
previously implied that they were interested in space
at the Sears site.
