Brandt here: Legal Aid has asked the city in hypothetical terms to put
$300,000 into the Affordable Housing Trust Fund in exchange for granting
an extension to the Hollman replacement housing completion deadline. 
The city responded that monetary penalties are not warranted.

I probably should have included that in my article, but I was already
over my allotted space.
