Beltrami neighborhood is bounded on the west by Central Avenue and Broadway 
might be the eastern edge.  Beltrami Park is at 1111 Summner St. NE alsi 
across the street from Polk.  I have a personal investment in where 
Beltrami is since that is where my grandson is being raised and my son, 
Shawn, serves as President of the neighborhood association.

Northeast park is located at 1615 Pierce St. NE

I don't know about the Mid city Ind are is.

Isn't Wenonah a street by Minnehaha Park - or did you mean something different?

If I had my Downtown East Loop Master Plan with me I would look it up - but 
for some reason  I am not remembering but is the area around the dome, etc 
Might it be Centre Village? hmm!  Some highrise (or high density housing) I 
would guess.

Humboldt  Ind. Area my guess is either part of Bassett's Creek and the 
lower Valley of Harrison neighborhood or  where the impound lot and 
concrete crusher are - which is also where a new parkway and green areas 
are to come out of Heritage Park in the proposed Phases (long time away yet).

Waiting to hear the correct answers to your question and interested in
