Mark Anderson replies: Yes yes yes. I didn't realize that Ms. Klobachar had said this. I hope someone in her office or close to her reads this List. I always wondered why no one else has picked up this prosecution, since the only reason Sabri's gotten off so far is a matter of jurisdiction. If Sabri truly did bribe Herron, he certainly has no business being involved in any city business. Klobacher has hyped the issue of white collar crime.
