The hyperconcentration of poor blacks, and the only two CMs of color, in the
"new" 5th Ward is the defining "DFL Connection to Institutionalized Racism in
Minneapolis."
Similar to the 'ol free-for-all' when the massa blindfolded a bunch of young
blacks and turned them loose to fight to the last one standing. All for some
petty reward from the White man's hand. In this case a seat at the White/DFL
dominated Council table.
As for Dyna's cheering the DFL it moves me to repeat Jim Mork's gratuity:
