When the FBI releases their investigation, I hope they
explain to the general public about how they did it?
Who they talked to, if possible? And, the standard(s) that
evidence must meet that would lead to the officers on scene
to be in violation of citizen's constitutional rights.

Also, I hope the Mayor Rybak invites the general public
to participate in his desire to diversify the Mpls
Police department.

Finally, I don't agree with Mayor Rybak on many issues, 
however, I do support his desire to listen to as many 
voices as possible within the African-American community.
Remember, 2000 census data reports that 68,818 African-
American that just live within the City of Minneapolis, alone!
