The problem is'nt with severance pay for Jennings,it is the phone and car allowances for all the administrators while the school board has decided to not pay staff for christmas or new years and not pay teachers what contractually owed them. What we have are entrenched administrators who, regardless of who the superintendent is remain collecting larger benefits while the schools continue to fail our students and put monetary cuts on those who keep the schools going.
