First, I love our parks and would like to thank those responsible for maintaining them.

I see that the advertised compensation is $110k plus 'fringe benefits' and that the 
salary is
negotiable (http://www.ilparks.org/minneapolisbrochure.pdf).  I would like to 
encourage the board
to take a somewhat dodgy statement ('fringe benefits') and make it straightforward and
quantifiable.

No more cashing in stealth benefits. (Disclaimer: I learned how to use the world 
stealth as an
adjective from David Brauer).
