I have always wondered, what are the odd and even sides of the east-west avenues? Here in upper NE all of the blocks are long and rectangular. No homes face the side streets. I have never been towed while parking on the avenues during snow emergencies in the rest of the city. I always figured I could plead a ticket or tow because it is not readily apparent which is the odd and even side when no addresses are present on the street. Just a wintry question to spark up the old snow emergency debate...
