Ed Feilene's post mentioned flyover ramps and the folks who would be living underneath them if they are built as [part of the excess project.
One group of people who will not be under them are persons living in homelessness---rest assured, bridge rods will be placed under them to prevent those without homes to find any sort of shelter.
