No it's not, but in my opinion it is a description of the behavior
of two DFL city council members who I believe have just completed
or are still serving jail terms.

The voters selected four DFL School Board candidates who
have done nothing to improve educational quality in Minneapolis
other than attempt to anoint a new superintendent in a backroom
deal that turned into a public fiasco.

Although my first post in this thread was satiric, I believe
that all of the processes I identified have occurred in this
city.

The insinuation that I would use such processes is insulting,
given the DFL's convictions (pun intended). The politics
in this city turns my stomach. It's not so much the actions
of city officials, unions, developers, police, etc., it's
that the public is just so blas about it. I wish we could be
more like 'Mayberry.' See story in NYT: "A Tale of Sex, Money
and Politics, in 'Mayberry'"
