I'm confused. Let me get this straight.
When people spell Rep. Kahn's last name incorrectly, the list manager will divine that the misspelling is _intentional_, and then threaten to invoke list etiquette provisions if wanton, continued misspelling of her name continues.
But in discussing the merits of Rep. Kahn's proposals, the list manager asserts that her _intention_ is impossible to discern, and even if it were possible, her _intention_ would be irrelevant to the merits of her proposal.
Do I have this right?
