Towing around the corner in a high density area like Uptown may not be feasible. However, towing around the corner when possible would reflect a lot of compassion for average people. Great idea!! Better set up a 'Dude, where's my car?' hotline first.
Being able to read a sign, as another poster mentioned, is apparently not a skill expected of the citizenry anymore. At least, that's what the legislators that passed conceal and carry have decided.
