I am coming to this episode far  too late to comment on the particulars of
your claims against Mr. Graham, though they seem a bit ad hominem and angry.

The larger question to be addressed is, will Minneapolis look hard at the
incremental decisions that have added up to a highly segregated community?
If one wanted to segregate by race, disability or economics, there is no
means more certain than to cluster services and affordable housing. That
segregation may be unintended, but it can no longer be ignored.

Does PPL, or Minneapolis for that matter, have anything like a
"desegregation plan"?
