I recently returned from a business trip to Houston, TX. There were five taxes on my hotel bill. City Occupancy Tax (7%) State Occupancy Tax (6%) County Occupancy Tax (2%) Sport Occupancy Tax (2%) Texas University Fund Tax (2 cents)
Does anyone know what are the Minneapolis hotel occupancy taxes and rates and what these funds are dedicated to? I assume there is at least a state tax. Bill Dooley Kenny REMINDERS: 1.
