Thanks for the solid support on this. I live REALLY close to the Riverside Plant, and, to say the least, it's foul. Every morning when I walk my dog, I can usually see the masssive emmissions and can always smell it. Like sour milk, one can not but help but be repulsed. But I don't drink sour milk every day, but I do breath every day. So my question is for the Mayor's office and all those involved: Is there a way/plan to reduce toxic emmissions (like scrubbers) before the conversion happens? I'm not sure I can drink sour milk every day for the next five years! (that's 1825 consecutive days!)
