Agreeing with the populists on the list, all citizens should have equal access to the Mayor. I have taken the liberty of devising an appointment schedule for the Mayor. Unfortunately, we will have to clear the Mayor's calendar of all duties aside from meeting with the citizens. This action frees up the entire 52 weeks or the 124,800 work minutes per year. The 2000 census indicates a Minneapolis population of 382,618 citizens. Using the time available per year 124,800 minutes, divided by 382,618 citizens, each citizen is entitled to meet with the Mayor for 19 seconds per year. I would suggest a brief presentation.
