Right now I need some r& r...political fights like these can wear a person down.
Don't forget you have a chance to still express your views next Wednesday ( and the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month until you feel your needs have been met) at the regular Board meeting - Open Time, 6:30 and you need to call Dianne at 230-6406 to sign up. You get 3 minutes to speak to us about items not on the agenda.
Again, many, many thanks to our supporters for open citizen participation and Democracy in Minneapolis.

I hope that the more progressive park board commissioners -- the friendly

Bob Fine, etc are probalby counting on having to weather a bit of a storm
and then assume people will move on.
Keep up supplying information-even when you get the negative responses
that are bound to happen from time to time.
Has the Park Board gotten the information on how much it costs to put the
meeting on cable?
I would really like to know and ,if that has not happened yet, I would
like to suggest that one item of business for the Park Board is to investigate
the cost. I really doubt it is all that expensive to get the meetings televised.
