Seeing the way the 35 W access project is being rammed down our throats...I
started wondering what will happen if the day comes where we will have
another Hi-Way 55 situation.
Correct my memory-- but I believe Mayor Sayles Belton had police and
National Guard ( I suppose she had to ask the Governor for the Guard presence) out
there to bust up the organizers who put themselves on the line to try to
block that project.
So, would RT call out the guard if the 35 W access project faces the same
resistance?
Seems like time will tell.
"Stand Up Keep Fighting"-- for stadiums for the rich, access projects for
Allina, etc.,
Just saw another news clip of the Mayor, Ostrow trying to sell the
stadium today. Sickening.
