.     This could tie into the concerns of environmental 
justice. Surely, there are many other factors to weigh. 
But, it would be interesting to see a study done by 
eco-psychologists on the soothing value of the greenspace 
located in the more troubled neighborhoods vs the neigh-
borhoods with less crime, lower high school dropout rates,
etc.
