I am curious as to the reason for snow machines making three large plumes of snow spray near the Washington Ave. Bridge on the Bohemian Flats. There was a hose to the Mississippi. Making snow out of river water, which in this stretch of the river which is EPA listed-polluted with fecal coliform, seems a little strange. I would have asked but didn't see any crew running the machines.
