During the Public Works public hearing last week, CM Schiff asked the
city intergovernmental staff how it was possible that the 35W Access
project will be funded, since State Rep. Karen Clark called his office
to voice her opposition to the project. He did not "name drop" her name
as a reason to vote for the project.

Also, Margaret Hastings apparently met CM Schiff when he was an eighteen
year old college freshman who volunteered for Act Up Minnesota.
