Many people have expressed interest in a potential
lawsuit to force the Excess Project to do an
Environmental Impact Statement. People seem to agree
that developer-paid environmental worksheets are not
sufficient in and of themselves. It appears that
information and documentation is available to take the
promoters to task for their "short cuts", but there
are many decisions to be made.
