LM: Of course maybe folks shouldn't drive and be on the cell phone at the same time 
since it is almost impossible to do either one of those well at the same time.  

PS: I agree. I've had several close calls as a pedestrian and bicyclist with drivers 
who steer the wheel and talk on their cell phone at the same time.  This sort of 
multi-tasking is often more dangerous than driving under the influence of drugs and 
alcohol.
