Joe Soucheray was having a lot of fun this afternoon with the Minneapolis Snow Boss article which apparently was in a recent edition of the SOUTHWEST JOURNAL. (Sorry I do not have the link.) His take is that this is an unnecessary position which was created after someone went to a winter conference in Quebec. Not withstanding the point Soucheray was trying to make, I really hate it when Minneapolis becomes the butt of talk radio banter.
