Even though MCN is urging their members not to take the Metro Council money,
there should be an agency that people could call to ask for a ride, and either
that agency and/or volunteers could provide the ride.  

MetroCommuter Services and the Commuter Connection are only helping
car owners who want to carpool and/or people who work a 9-5 schedule.  
Everyone else is on their own.
