I'm terribly disappointed by the Transit Union.  With adversaries like Pawlenty and 
Bell you need guts and brains, the Union seems to have neither. 

The Saturday before the strike one of the bus drivers told me that the Union had just 
hired a PR firm.  

So this is what the American labor movement has come to.  Lame and ineffective tactics 
dictated touchy feely consultants. The transit workers ought to be more concerned 
about results rather than image.
