[Mpls] Hennepin Bridge

 The monsterous freeway-esque Hennepin bridge that plows across Nicollet 
Island seems to be having some electrical problems lately. First the east 
side cable lights were out, now the west side is out. Anyone know why? I 
assume it is maintinence but it has been well over a month since the blue 
lights went dark.

 Also, does someone have an update on the propsoed whitewater park that 
would be built using federal funds downriver from Hennepin Island? Maybe 
Sabo reads the list, any news Martin?
