Not that it would matter in the least if St. Paul had spurred us into action (that 
would be a nice change of pace), I will note that I wasn't aware of St. Paul's efforts 
when I added this to the IGR agenda setting discussion on Monday.  I was painfully 
aware on Monday, however, as IGR staff and I met at the Capitol, that those who 
support the amendment were holding a rally.

The IGR agenda will be posted on the City's website by Friday afternoon. This is the 
time it is usually posted allowing staff reports on various items to be completed by 
Friday morning.
