I was painfully aware on Monday, however, as IGR staff and I met at the Capitol, that those who support the amendment were holding a rally. The IGR agenda will be posted on the City's website by Friday afternoon. This is the time it is usually posted allowing staff reports on various items to be completed by Friday morning.
