FYI for all: The Nicollet Housing Cooperative will have a one-bedroom apartment home available by June 1st.
We are located at 4429 Nicollet Avenue South, and are in the terrific Kingfield Neighborhood within a block of wonderful coffee shops, restaraunts, and shops. We have 28 apartment homes in the 37,000 square-foot building we are "re-using." We are very diverse community of progressive, cooperatively-minded people, and are developing plans for rain gardens, green roofing, and other urban "green building" transformation. The one-bedroom apartment is lovely: newly renovated, with new appliances. Our building is accessible, and we have off-street parking. Cooperative membership is $2,000 down, and the payment of $750.00/month includes heat, maintenance, and equity-building co-ownership of our commonly held, self-managed property.
