Interesting. So city council chose to ignore both staff (who favored RecycleAmerica aka Waste Management) AND the community (who overwhelmingly favored Eureka! Recycling).
It would certainly be interesting to hear from council members with some kind of rationale for this decision, but I won't be holding my breath...
